Done in the warmth of the hot mineral springs, watsu uses gentle passive stretches, acupressure and massage to relax and energize.

Warner Hot Stone Therapy
Warm stones are placed on and under the body as well as being used as a massage tool with aromatic oils.

Shiatsu
A Japanese form of massage applying finger pressure along energy meridians. Client remains clothed and massage is done on a mat on the floor.

Rain Drop Therapy
Pure essential oils are applied to neck, back and feet to bring about electrical alignment and relieve a variety of discomforts especially those found in the spine.
